Steam your scarf
While waiting to live its best life wrapped around you, your scarf has been resting, folded in a box. Take it out, shake it out, and put some steam on it!
A breath of air is often good enough
Instead of washing, choose to ventilate in fresh air. Thanks to its fine, sleek material, silk often lasts longer without washing than other garnments.
If washing: cold and gentle please!
Silk is a natural fibre that is sensitive to be washed. To take perfect care of your scarf, and instead of throwing it in the machine, let's just gently wash it by hand in some cool water.
Flat surface
If washed: Let it dry on a flat surface, preferably on a towel.
When you don't wear it...
...Keep it in its box or somewhere else dark to keep having the colours pop!
