If you need to return an item we'll be here to help. Please send us an email at email@example.com, and type “Return” as subject. We'll then get back to you with Return Label code and the additional info you'll need for a smooth return. The return is free of charge.
When you make a purchase from Wangari Sthlm, you are covered by EU consumer laws on minimum guarantees, which make it possible to return a defect or damaged unused item for up to three years after date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be instructed to put the scarf back in it's original packaging, and leave it at the original service point. State your return label code and complete the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approx. 10 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your piece for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know about the issue.
